How hosting works

From brochure to opening night

One crew handles the whole run. The same people who crate the show in Victoria unpack it on your floor and come back for takedown.

  1. 01

    Choose an exhibit

Browse the three shows below and download the brochure for floorplans, components and audience. We'll answer questions about fit and content.

  2. 02

    Book your dates

Tell us your ideal window. We confirm availability and send a quote covering the rental, freight, installation and takedown.

  3. 03

    Host the show

Floreat ships, clears customs and installs. You get promotional materials to drive attendance. When the run ends, we pack it out.

The exhibits are modular and designed to fit temporary galleries of different shapes, so venues of most sizes can host one.

Touchscreen chapter

A touring re-creation of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre's feature exhibition, examining how the Nazi regime used youth magazines to reach a generation. Six touchscreen chapters, two period magazines and sixteen graphic panels move from "Addressing Teenage Dreams" through "Directing Teenage Anger", and close with a game-like interactive that asks visitors to identify the tactics themselves.

Built for school programming on media literacy, bias and anti-hate, and relevant to any conversation about influence and critical thinking today.

Each kiosk acts as a digital docent for its chapter, with an activity that connects the historical material to how media works on us now.

The story of Kevin Harris, Canada's first professional skateboarder, and the Richmond backyard half-pipe where a movement began. Visitors walk through his career skating alongside teammates like Tony Hawk, one of the largest personal collections of 1970s and 80s skate memorabilia, a to-scale replica of the Maple Road ramp, three multimedia stations and two interactive history stations.

Co-curated by Floreat's own Kolby Harris and launched with the Richmond Museum, where it ran as a semi-permanent exhibition for a year and a half. Family-friendly and nostalgic for anyone who grew up on a board.

Guided tours with Kevin Harris are available on request, and there is room to fold your local skate community into the show.

A public-education exhibition that reframes migration as a shared human experience, from the first journeys out of Africa to the movements shaping communities today. Six modules run from "Where do we come from?" to "Share your journey", ending at a spinner table where visitors add their own stories to the wall.

Story modules stand free or mount to walls, and hosts can add cases for objects from their own community. Accessibility is built in: high-contrast type, audio descriptions by QR code, tactile components and Braille instructions.
